What do you have to do:
> Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the form here. We will then advise you how to proceed to return the items.
> In case of defective goods send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating as object "return defective product". The message must include a brief description of the defect and the damage photos. The photographic evidence is mandatory or we will not be able to proceed to the substitution.
> Always make sure that the returned product/s is still in its original and unused condition, with all packaging and labels. Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.
> We do not accept returned items that have been sent directly to us without first checking with us.
> Once the items have been approved for exchange/refund, you must send us the defective part within 14 days.
> Please do not return directly to the address indicated on the package received, but only to the address provided by our customer service.
> The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
> If the defective item is still available, a replacement item will be sent to you. In the event that the defective item is exhausted, a refund including shipping costs will be issued.
> It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are returned safely, so please use a registered service and / or keep all your registration receipts to allow you to file a postal claim for damage / loss if necessary.
> After we receive the items in the original condition, we will start a refund within 3/7 days using the method you used for payment.
> The following reasons will not be taken into account for the exchange / return:
- The design or color of the article deviates from the personal perception of the customer.
- Slight difference in color resulting from the difference on the individual monitor.
- Intentional damage of the article in order to make the article suitable for exchange.
- Minor defects such as loose wires.
- Defects caused / after washing and handling by the customer.
